Insurance
We're working on accepting [Accepted insurance — Lorraine to confirm list: e.g. BCBS, Aetna, Cigna, Humana, United, Tricare].
Verification is free — book a consult and we'll check your eligibility, copay, and deductible before your first session, so you'll know exactly what you owe.
If your insurance isn't in-network, you may still be able to use out-of-network benefits. We'll provide a superbill on request for reimbursement.
What to have ready
No Surprises Act
Under the federal No Surprises Act, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate of the expected charges for medical services if you are uninsured or choose not to use insurance.
You will receive a written estimate before your first appointment. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you may dispute the bill.
Policies
24-hour notice
Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment. Cancellations made within that window may be billed at the full session rate.
No-show fee
Missed appointments without notice are subject to a [$50 — Lorraine to confirm] no-show fee. Genuine emergencies are always considered — just let us know.
